A minimum of 20 in-person attendees is necessary to ensure the in-person seminar option.

The seminar fee is per person and includes seminar participation and all required Zentangle material. The price also includes hotel accommodation for 3 nights from Friday through to Monday, as well as all meals, snacks and refreshments during the seminar, starting with a welcome drink on 26 February, and ending with an afternoon snack on 1 March 2027.
The prices are the same regardless of the language selected for attendance.

No matter where you sit - you will feel the inspiring energy of the seminar and be able to fully immerse yourself!
You will receive a seminar supply kit with carefully compiled materials and a corresponding checklist to prepare you for seamless online participation.
Online-attendees will receive detailed information about the technical requirements after registration. But basically, all you need is an internet connection and a computer or tablet. We will invite you to a technical check meeting shortly before the seminar.

The scholarship application has now closed. We are reviewing the applications and will e-mail scholarship results by 25 July 2026.
These are our two main languages, and the entire CZT Training, all seminar documents and seminar communication will be available in both English and German.
The seminar itself will be taught mainly in German and simultaneously interpreted into English. Our international guest lecturers will teach in English and be simultaneously interpreted into German.
We are thrilled with our wonderful CZT French translating team, Juliette Fiessinger and Christelle Mendelssohn, who will be providing live French translation throughout the training.
Please note: CZT‑EU10 will not include Spanish translation.

- The presentation slides in the training are only in German and English.
- We will endeavour to provide additional documents with automatic translation, but there is no entitlement to this.
We will do our best to provide you with an enjoyable and understandable seminar experience.
Juliette Fiessinger, CZT, offers an optional, fee‑based bilingual preparation program for French‑ and English‑speaking participants who would like additional linguistic support for the CZT training. Her offering includes a six‑workshop series to (re)review Zentangle basics, strengthen vocabulary, and build confidence through a combination of pre‑recorded videos and live sessions in a supportive bilingual environment.
Juliette also provides an extended support option for those who wish to receive guidance before, during, and shortly after the CZT seminar. Both options are designed to help participants navigate the certification process with greater ease and clarity.
Program dates are announced by Juliette and typically begin two months before the CZT training.

Online and on-site participants take part in the seminar at the same time and follow a similar schedule. The highlight is the ceremonial conclusion with the certification, which everyone experiences together.

You will be asked to pay a €350 registration fee via PayPal or credit card to complete the registration process.
This remaining balance is due 30 days after the invoice is issued. If you register less than 12 weeks before seminar, the remaining balance is due immediately. Payment in installments is possible only via an external payment provider. The remaining balance can only be made by bank transfer. Our invoice complies with German standards and we cannot make any individual changes to it. If you require special details, we will be happy to issue you with a supplementary confirmation of participation on request, which can be customised.

If you cancel your attendance, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have already been sent and received your seminar supply kit, these supplies are non-returnable and would be yours to keep. Ticket type changes (e.g. from on-site to online) are possible until 28 January 2027 for a flat fee of €150.
