Step-out of the month for September 2023: sayfa

Sonam Gupta, CZT 36, has provided us with sayfa, a wonderful tangle for our September step-out of the month. Sonam has been an artist and an art teacher since 2004. You will find her on Facebook as Sonam Gupta and Instagram as SonamGupta1968.

She writes: "I was drawing some ornate leaves and realized that I could deconstruct them into a tangle. My goal was to create the tangle with all variations." In her step-out, Sonam shows different ways to use sayfa: as a border, a fragment and even as a blossoming tangle. I am going to predict that over the month of September we are going to see many other creative and fun ways to use sayfa. Thank you, Sonam!
