Step-out of the month for May 2023: Chueca

This month's step-out is Chueca, another lovely tangle by CZT Maria Tovar from Madrid. Besides being one of Spain's most active CZTs, Maria is a calligrapher. In fact, she pens the names on the CZT certificates for graduates of our CZT-Europe seminars. Chueca was inspired by a calligraphy decoration she came across in an old manuscript.

Here we have a very simple, beautiful and versatile tangle. There are many ways to change it up, and it and it is fun and easy to add to any composition.
